Features

A page can hold anything

Everything in Ospaces is a block on a page — here's what those blocks can do.

What's inside

6 blocks · updated today

Docs & pages. Headings, toggles, columns, callouts, code and math — every block is one keystroke away.

Databases & views. Tables, boards, calendars, galleries, charts and forms — with typed properties, filters, sorts and formulas.

AI, on your terms. Ask, draft and take real actions across your pages — with your own key from Anthropic, OpenAI or Groq.

Team chat & comments. Conversation that lives next to the work — mention people, link pages, and keep decisions where you made them.

Full history. Every change tracked, block by block. See who edited what — and restore any version in one click.

Works offline. Opens instantly, keeps writing without a connection, and syncs the moment you're back.

Databases

Structure, when you want it

Turn any page into a database, and see the same records the way each job needs them.

Six views — table, board, calendar, gallery, chart and form.
Filters, sorts & groups that stay saved per view.
Relations, rollups & formulas to connect your data.

AI

Bring your own AI

Paste a key from Anthropic, OpenAI or Groq and the assistant reads the page you're on, drafts with you, and edits blocks when you ask it to.

Your key stays on your device. It's saved in this browser and never synced to a server.
It can act, not just answer — create pages, fill databases, summarise a meeting.
Talk to it. Voice in, voice out, hands free while you work.

Type / for the rest

The slash that inserts a heading also reaches the parts of Ospaces that aren't pages. Pick one to see it.

FAQ

Good to know

The things people ask before they open it.

Is Ospaces free?

Yes. Pages, databases, teams, offline and history are all free. The only thing you might pay for is AI, and that goes straight to the provider whose key you use.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Ospaces runs in the browser. If you'd rather have it in your dock or on your home screen, install it as an app from your browser's menu — it's the same workspace, in its own window.

Does it really work offline?

Yes. The app shell is cached, so it opens without a connection and pages you've already opened stay readable and editable. Changes sync as soon as you're back online.

Where does my data live?

In your own account in the Ospaces database (Postgres, hosted by Supabase), reachable only by you. Pages stay private until you invite someone or publish them as a public site.

Which AI models can I use?

Anthropic, OpenAI, Groq and other OpenAI-compatible providers. Paste your key in Settings → AI; it's stored in your browser for your account only and is never sent to an Ospaces server.

Can I use it with a team?

Yes. Invite people to a workspace, see who's on a page with you, comment, mention and chat — with per-page roles when not everyone should edit everything.

Ospaces started as a personal tool: somewhere to keep notes, plans and half-formed ideas without the weight of a full suite. It grew into the workspace on this page — written from scratch, no framework, no build step, so it stays fast and simple to keep.

If you've found a bug, want a feature, or just want to say hello, write to me. I read everything.
