Good to know

The things people ask before they open it.

Is Ospaces free?

Yes. Pages, databases, teams, offline and history are all free. The only thing you might pay for is AI, and that goes straight to the provider whose key you use.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Ospaces runs in the browser. If you'd rather have it in your dock or on your home screen, install it as an app from your browser's menu — it's the same workspace, in its own window.

Does it really work offline?

Yes. The app shell is cached, so it opens without a connection and pages you've already opened stay readable and editable. Changes sync as soon as you're back online.

Where does my data live?

In your own account on Google Cloud Firestore, reachable only by you. Pages stay private until you invite someone or publish them as a public site.

Which AI models can I use?

Anthropic, OpenAI, Groq and other OpenAI-compatible providers. Paste your key in Settings → AI; it's stored in your browser for your account only and is never sent to an Ospaces server.

Can I use it with a team?

Yes. Invite people to a workspace, see who's on a page with you, comment, mention and chat — with per-page roles when not everyone should edit everything.

Ospaces — a calm workspace for everything

Ospaces started as a personal tool: somewhere to keep notes, plans and half-formed ideas without the weight of a full suite. It grew into the workspace on this page — written from scratch, no framework, no build step, so it stays fast and simple to keep.
